Dieser Prozess erschien (zusammen mit vsnp325.exe) bei mir als ich die Treiber für eine slowakische T Com Web-Cam instalierte. Allerdings bin ich überfragt was diese Prozesse tun.

I believe, its not a maleware. It must have come from the driver installation for Intex IT-105WC webcam driver

It is a webcam program for me located in the Windows folder.. Pretty strange that it is there, but i have deleted it just to be sure. It wasn't useful though. The webcam is broken. But all of you that has this program at startup, check if the icon has a camera on it. If it has, it's a webcam program. I don't know if the program is dangerous, but it doesn't have a menu, just "Exit" menu on the taskbar icon (WINDOWS XP)
