This is a file related to Tortoise SVN. It allows for the icon overlay in Windows Explorer for checked out files or folders from a Subversion repository. Not an essential file, unless you are currently using subversion and Tortoise.

TortoiseSVN status cache. Ich empfehle, in den TortoiseSVN Optionen unter "Überlagerte Symbole" erstmal alle Pfade zu verbieten ("Pfade ausschließen" - "*") und dann unter "Pfade einschließen" nur die Pfade aufzulisten, unter denen man SVN working copys hat. Sonst durchsucht der Prozess JEDE modifizierte Datei nach SVN-Informationen. Alternativ im selben Optionsdialog den Statuscache komplett deaktivieren (von "Standard" auf "Shell" umstellen), wenn man die rekursive Anzeige nicht braucht.
