Confirmed it's teamviewer
I have installed Team Viewer on my computer so I can access my computer remotely (from my work). tv_x64.exe and tv_w32.exe are always running in order to accept my incoming connections. If you haven't installed Team Viewer on your computer then it is has probably been installed by malware and should be removed.
Teamviewer v7 - v10 use both tv_32.exe and tv_64.exe
