The prog ghost-installed via a pop-up. NAVC did not detect it as a malicious script. I can confirm it hi-jacks IE, and generates pop-ups. Ending the EXPLORER.EXE process and terminating the Tvm.exe file via command prompt worked, but there two .DLLs remain. Working on removal methods for them now.

Nothing removes it so far - spybot, hijackthis, etc. Stops Norton from installing. Going to try Killbox now.

if this is the thing that's screwing my system, it takes over the IE browser, launches random popups when IE is open, and replaces search engine results with its own ads. seems to only affect IE though, so get Mozilla (Firefox :D).

(Additional) It seems to have been blocking installation of anti-virus software. Specifically, SOPHOS Anti-Virus would terminate prior to installation. After removal thi has properly installed and run.

Very difficult to remove. Attaches its self to EXPLORE.EXE. Deleted by starting command window, terminating explore.exe, then manually deleting with command line.
