Seems to be caused by mobile phone software -to remove warning C:\WINDOWS\PCHEALTH\HELPCTR\Binaries, msconfig -Services untick 'Irbridge'- ok -apply - restart computer -box appears- tick and then press ok which gives a selective start --it's done
