This is a WebCam software file. I have Zebronics Eagle Eye installed in my machine. When I checked the registry "Run" entry, from the description I found that it is related to WebCam. To confirm the same I have uninstalled my WebCam software, restarted the machine, and the file disappeared from the task manager.

After installing A4Tech Webcam Driver which is downloaded directly from A4tech website or from other sources this VM305SNAP this error will appear. Before installing the driver it is said by A4tech website to uninstall any exsisting optical mouse or laptop defualt mouse settings/driver therefore user's those who are installing this A4tech Webcam Driver (Part Number: PK-333MB) in notebook/laptop are going to receive this error message cause we cannot uninstall our mouse driver cause it is illogical for notebook/laptop users. Probably this webcam model is designed for desktop computers only.
