It is part of ViRobot anti-virus but can cause page faults in Kernal32.dll. I believe it may be the program that automatically looks for updates on computer start up so it may be possible to remove it from the startup sequence.

It was installed with my shield AntiVirus. I don't know anything about it I will assume it is safe if it came with my anti-virus..
