"Wallmast.exe" is a superior and highly rated wallpaper util. Nearly all major and non major file services have it available. Have used it myself for over a year now. Not one problem period. There is also a pro version but he freeware version is bug-free and safe to use, since I personally monitor all apps on my system in a dozen different ways. This is not only a cool util. but under-rated. No I am not in anyway associated with them; it just appreciate very good apps and the work their writers do honestly.
