Acer warranty registration popup
There's a program called eregistration that is running on the system. The folder is hidden, but the program may still be listed as an installed program on your system. If you are running Windows 7 check Programs and Features to see if you find the program. If it is listing, simply uninstall it. The WarReg Popup will go away. If the program is not listed, look under the subfolder c:\Program Files (x86)\eMachines\Registration for it.
