I use Final Data now and again so if this process is to do with it then I suppose there is nothing to worry about.

WDelMgr20 is used with FinalData recovery program. You can start or stop it a will. Open FinalData - go to Drive Management Tab - Click start (or stop) Drive Management. It uses 964 K Memory usage. Primarily it is used to backup data you have deleted for easier recovery. This file is not neccessary to use a Recovery program. It only aids in recovery.
