driver for some TV capture cards

Added a PCLine PCI TV Tuner Card today and found wdvrctrl.exe was added to my registry run commands, but I couldn't find the actual file anywhere on my computer, which seems like sloppy programing to me (or a knackered installation...).

Driver was installed for a Fly Video 2000 video capture card. It is compiled in Microsoft Visual C++.

I killed this process with non existing file, and still ... tv programs won't get any better. but tv api works.

Was added with Live View stuido. For Video Capture. ANd if it is remove you will get a error when trying to load the Util

The entry is started when drivers for lightwave tv capture card are installed. It's purpose is not clear. It is indicated that it is located in the windows folder but a search will not find it. It could be dangerous and should be deleted since it is non windows file.
