It is a Trpjan packed in Munga Bunga's HTTP Brute Enforcer. Evidence points that the author put it in there, heavily encrypting it. It seems to visit websites on your behalf, seemingly to make money on click thru adds for the author. God knows what else it might do. Danger Will Robinson.
