User Comments

it uses up systems resources and freezes the laptop using 90-99% of of processes.
It blocked my windows 10 from logging off once. I was using a pen tablet while that happened
It stopped our users from being able to log off of a terminal server. Once I removed it, the users couldlog off with no issues.

This actually answered my drawback, thank you!
It's not dangerous, it is something for pen tablets so you can write with them... Not dangerous
It's just bad designed and developed Microsoft utility responsible for using GDI objects by bunch of other programs
Consumes system resources and is pretty much unstoppable and not removable. Installed without user consent. As far as I'm concerned, it is malicious software.
My tablet computer loads it so the pen will write on the screen. Not a big deal. If you don't need pen services on your machine, uninstall it.
