This is required if you have ANY kinda graphics tablet running on your machine. it's not a virus. but if you never installed any drivers for a graphics tablet, Be alert as said. it can be a virus..
Seems to be required by my Genius PenTablet (wireless version)...
I guess it was needed by Genius planshet and for some reason wasn't properly uninstalled by their software. Intuos3 doesn't need this file.
