Appears to propogate via network. When trying to remove using McAfee, it cannot find virus.
This appears if you use SMS. This is also legit, you would have had to install it with permission, not maliciously.

It is the Remote Control component from SMS
This .exe is used by SMS (any version) to enable the client computers for remote connection via the SMS admin console. This .exe is part of the installation package of the SMS client and gets enabled by a policy (if needed) sent from the SMS server. Clients can be remote controlled as with the Remote Desktop connection in Windows XP.
It's a part of MS O.S
Remote Control for Intuit TrackIt! Sometimes can kill CPU to 99%, reboot usually fixes, sometimes 2 reboots necessary.

SMS - Remote Control
Used by Microsoft Systems Management Console - necessary component if your PC is managed (such as in a workplace).

Seems to be in the c:\windows\tiremote directory. Seems as if this version of trackit remote is not compatable with Vista
Anything in the System32\CCM is related to Microsoft SMS which is an enterprise tool. If you are on a enterprise workstation then it is essential.

Best practices for resolving Wuser32 issues

A clean and tidy computer is the key requirement for avoiding problems with Wuser32. This means running a scan for malware, cleaning your hard drive using cleanmgr and sfc /scannow, uninstalling programs that you no longer need, checking for Autostart programs (using msconfig) and enabling Windows' Automatic Update. Always remember to perform periodic backups, or at least to set restore points.

Should you experience an actual problem, try to recall the last thing you did, or the last thing you installed before the problem appeared for the first time. Use the resmon command to identify the processes that are causing your problem. Even for serious problems, rather than reinstalling Windows, you are better off repairing of your installation or, for Windows 8 and later versions, executing the DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth command. This allows you to repair the operating system without losing data.
