it apears in windows firewall extentions without notice. and in task manager t 2! i have removed it from task manager and it turn on again! i have also deleted it from firewall extentions

It seems to hold Windows XP SP3 resources for windows. When opened in Resource Hacker, there is nothing but several string tables and data entries.

well i have purchased a legit copy of windowsxp before having a pirated version.. and i've noticed this sp3 Messages .dll file, anyway... I'm not sure what it does, here's some information on it in. 5.1.2600.2906 -- 5.1.2600.2906 (xpsp.060511-0000) xpsp3res.dll -- it wont let me end it task
