It must be a Zerox Scanner driver file. It wasn't running in my system until I installed a Xerox network scanner.

It is a scanner driver for the Xerox network scanner that you find listed when you use the Add Hardware Wizard. If your PC is connected to a network and there is a scanner in the network, then keep this process. To remove this process, go to Device Manager, find the Xerox scanner driver listed under scanners, and right click it and Uninstall it. After you reboot your computer it will be gone.
