GetRight freezes my computer down so much and causes errors on my profiles. After uninstalling, this file can't be deleted.

It freeze IE if i don't allow it the access to the internet but only if getright is loaded.The link to the website of getright don't talk about "xx2gr.dll" but only about "Click monitoring"
