You can even edit a file on a disk that is NOT a RE-writable disk. It's not as wonderful as it sounds. There is a proprietary mechanism in these packet writing schemes that allows this behaviour. Information about the current version of an edited file is written and re-written - each time to a NEW part of the writable disc. The disc cannot be read in another computer without the same software.

Roxio program good for copying files, but hardly ever used. No problem in ending process, but i wouldnt quarentine it. not sure how much it affects preformance.
