It's running and I don't use a modem
   

ltmoh.exe was authored by Lucent technologies and handles incoming and outgoing calls. This program is a non-essential system process, but should not be terminated unless suspected to be causing problems.

LTMSG 7 (c:\windows) Slows the computer to a crawl. Could not find it on other computers. Deletes easily (does not need moveonboot.exe)

This file has something to do with your Modem, I would however double check to see if you have an Agere modem because mallwere can be named anything.

A previous virus named itself Itmsg (notice the capital I not L) and pretended to be this file. This file is OK but check also for a duplicate which looks the same except it has the Capital I Which could be a trojan or virus
