You do not need this aplication running. It is a filter for incoming data used for all sorts of internet downlaoding and conections. It is used by nforce chipsets and has tendancy to run wild when used with download clients and eat up lots of memory and consume the CPU. If you find your computer or downlaod server is running slow with an nforce chipset check the memory and cpu usage in the task manager or Nvidia system monitors and end the application. It will restart if needed again later automatically.

Whatever it is -possibly that Nvidia firewall- it uses 355 MB of RAM, and I will tolerate that ----hence DELETE!!

Intermittently keeps my dual-core at around 50% (both cores). Also makes it necessary to left-click with the mouse more than once, depending on context. Turned it off, CPU load went back to normal, mouse worked again.

I have a mayor problem with this nsvcappflt.ese that this dont let me in to the internet in any case, i just finish its process and boila, now i have internet again. may be related to the nvidia firewall problems.

Intermittently this process takes around 50% of CPU time. When this happens Internet Explorer won't respond and Informatica's PowerCenter client program Designer gives this message: "This action cannot be completed because the other program is busy. Choose 'Switch To' to activate the busy program and correct the problem."
