May be part of an OEM install. Program to encrypt and manage all Windows program passwords. Found version 2.04 on my machine that was installed just before I purchased my machine. Opened up the SeureAp program and saw that there were no accounts created and was apparently not being used but was loading in the background. Uninstalled it when I started getting errors recently and have not seen any ill effects.

it refuses to be deleted, my system has quit hibernating and going into standby with imediately rebooting. i beleive this to be a problem with the startup commands and the trial version which came with the pc stopped my system when i couldn't buy it. could this be true and what could be done to eliminate this as a continung problem in my systems bacckground

This file is prfectly harmless.

It always comes up after about a half hour of idling on the computer, I say it just uses up PC usage memory, might want to get rid of it, doesnt matter.
