This program is too hard to delete. It runs there files on my pc there are almost undeletable. Y ou need to edit registry through safe mode or reboot pc!

I used regedit from diamondcs.com to find where it was located (you can't remove the registry key - once you find it, you have to ctrl-alt-delete to shut down the registry editor), then I rebooted and started my computer in MS-Dos mode, preventing the spyware from starting up with windows, and, using dos, went to the folder (cd is the required dos command to change directory) then delete the executable file (del pib.exe). That doesn't remove the registry key (I haven't worked that out yet) but as long as you remove the exe file it can't run.

Download Gnoppix ( http://gnoppix.org/ ). When you boot it, click "Computer" and then "Disks" (or something like that). Click "hda1," and then open the Program Files folder. Go to the Toolbar directory (at least that's where it's saved on my computer), select all files in it, and move them to the Trash. Click the Trash icon on the bottom right of the desktop. In the window that pops up, Click "File" and then "Empty Trash." Now, open the Computer menu again, but click "Quit" or "Log out" this time. When you're back in Windows the toolbar should be gone.

You need Spybot search and destroy, and you also need to be able to get into your Add/Delete files portion of the Control Panel. The program will allow you to uninstall it, make sure you are NOT connected to the internet, that you DON'T let it close ANY IE windows, and then it should mostly uninstall. Then run Spybot, let it remove what it can, and then let it run on system restart. It should (hopefully) be gone.

This programs causes alot of Pop ups and ads and causes insibility, and it is a pain to delete. This programs denies any kind of deletion, I have Norton and spysweeper and they both cant delete it. If you notice this program on your computer I suggest you get ride of it as soon as possible, if it even lets you that is.
