MSI graphics card utilities does not unistall with the unistall package as it appears to be third party software, just go to windows\system32 and physically remove them and in the registry along with msconfig

MSI overclock

its actually no good and no bad app. you can remove with the tuneup 2007 at windows startup so it wont take recourses

ist von nvidia treiber...guckt mal auf der treiber cd unter: nVIDIA/Win2K-XP/97.94 da ist die sw20 und die sw24 datei drin.....ist also total ungefährlich

sw20.exe and sw24. exe are overclocking utilitties, its install with some msi graphic card drivers and they are not dangerous, what i know.

I do not know what it does but it appears to be from a driver update from MSI for my graphics card. I did a search from the Start button and it came up with two locations on my C drive. Both were the same size and date. One was in the System 32 folder and the other in the NVidia (MSI version) folder. I also have another file named sw24 that seems also to be from the MSI driver update.
