I try to understand all the process running on my machine by asking ZA to allow or not the process running. From the comments I have read in your list, I suppose it is part of Imation disk (But why this process want to access internet ??). I don't know! However I have it on my computer for two years now and I nevergot any problem. So I suppose it is not dangerous.

This process appeared immediately after the first time I used a new USB flash drive by Simpletech, the Bonzai Express. The flash drive came with a utility to allow password encryption and this program probably included this process. The process is not listed in msconfig under startup, but was found as a running process immediately after boot up, by Hijack this!

I got it with my Imation 1 GB USB drive, you can remove it with the freeware autoruns

I believe I got it after I used an Imation Flash Drive - which has a partition which has been encrypted and requires the LOGON program to be run from it, when you want to access that particular partition on the flash drive. You can set your firewall to blockk its access to the Internet - as it does not require it. This causes no harm to its operation. Cant figure out why it would want access to the Internet though. Anyway, it comes from a reliable manufacturer - Imation - so, am happy to trust it on my PC - but will block it from the Internet.
