From Adoe, Said to improve call of Acrobat Within IE when displaying a PDF. I dislike this as it's a potentila host for trojan. So I delete it (doens't see any difference in IE calling PDF after that).

i dont like BHOs on my system, they can be compromised. Autoruns, Spybot & many others allow you to easily disable/enable. i disable with no adverse effect. you can always enable again if needed.
