It is not a peer to peer but a torrent sharing software that works flawlessly
BitComet is generally a reliable P2P sharing program although every care should be taken when choosing what you download, make sure you have kept AntiVirus up to date and have a good Spyware Adware application..
Bitcomet is not dangerous,it is the person using it. do your homework before you download.(example) only download files that have comments about them eg, other people have already downloaded & rated
bit comment comes with a trojan lmok d ,after insalling bit comment ,run yahoo anti spy and there u will see the trojan files, for some reason this files r not detected by other anti viruses
Torrent software. It's danger is inversely correlated to your level of experience with computers. If you don't download .exe files and have Microsoft Security Essentials and Windows Defender, it's fine. Just TURN IT OFF when not using it and don't let it do anything automatically, like starting upon boot up.
