On a brand new Lenovo Ideapad 100S, this file is using 90% plus of the CPU. I checked because the machine runs very slowly. My Virus software scan (Kaspersky) says it is Safe. The Lenovo support techs (twp) advised me to return the laptop to the store and could not tell me what this App does.
