To remove: 1) Open the file directory and right click on the file, then select Delete and DO NOT confirm (for the moment). 2) Run Task Manager - Process (Ctrl+Alt+Canc), then select PassThruSvr.exe and stop it. 3) Confirm file elimination.
Apparently also part of 'Bonjour' which is part of the itunes package. VERY annoying, enough to make me not have any Apple products.

After finding it on my computer I thought nothing of it, but when I was streaming a video the sound became very choppy. As soon as I removed it, the video played normally
