Seems to be part of Powerware UPS files
it's a C++ made program that runs as s service. It restarts processes that have been stopped. related files are XYNTService.ini (here you can see which processes are watched) and XYNTService.log (logfile of taken actions). If the watched processes are dangerous, you should remove this program (look in XYNTService.ini)
I was uncertain of what it was, until Powerware was mentioned. Just bought a UPS (uninterruptable power supply), and have service software installed. Needed in order to have the UPS battery backup work correctly.
