its malware it is embedded with panda software and then its difficult to remove when its installed. I removed all the panda software and I am still preventing from accessing the internet. Dont use Panda its malware

My Malwarebytes buster does not ID it as a dangerous when I run a scan. However, it blocks the.exe file's attempts to access the domain urlfilter.vmn.net, which it lists as a dangerous site. Also, this has only been happening for a couple of days, and I have not authorised any software installations immediately prior to the blocker pop-up annoyingly appearing every few minutes. I will delete it.
  Mick
It came with Panda Security. It's slowing down my PC and uses 95%-100% of my GPU and CPU-resources. I made a scan with malwarebytes and deleted it.
