Actually aggregatorhost.exe has been on display in Windows builds since at least last fall. Personally, I would think that its function in a beta seems obvious. Typically, the name does have a connection to the actual or supported function. Look up the words aggregate or aggregator, and then consider how Microsoft is likely to get critical telemetry and/or other data from your computer. Personally, I certainly wouldn't lose sleep on it. The fact that Adobe would use the process in general release software is also not surprising. Their products are perpetual betas and their policies set the standard for mainstream software invasion.

Take ownership from Windows TrustedInstaller (owner of "Aggregatorhost.exe") and change it to "Users" (you). Then delete the file after killing it via Task Manager. You will never have to deal with it again and no telemetry data will be phoned-home from your Windows box to Microsoft. This .exe does nothing helpful on your system. It simply sends data to MS. Microsoft is intentionally vague on it's purpose. -One "independent advisor" on official forums claimed it's for Windows Defender and then locked the thread same day with one reply. I was unable to post and ask a question there. -Another site said it's for the Windows Insider Program and sends telemetry data. I'm not signed up for that, and can't stop that process or CTFMonitor which sends typed text for translation. Both immediately restart.

It is the program that determines if your system is able to upgrade to Windows 11 from Windows 10
