From what I have figured out it's in part of ASUS ARMOURY CRATE and just by the difference in the Icons I would have to guess it's in fact part of ArmourySocketServer an ASUS on booard monitoring core type system for AcPowerNotifacations AURALighting Asus update checker et. I have to guess at this one though for I have 6 processes under just the (ASUS NodeJS Web Framework 32 bit) all have different PID so I am not sure, I would have to guess and say Light LEDs maybe for each component, unsure, But, I do know I do not trust anything comes from CHINA right at present, I woud have to also say pretty Obviouse this softwrare is gathering data, usage, on/off, games install, when you play, etc. pretty sure they wouldn't install all this software if it had nothing to do with harvesting your data, they are just as dirty as the rest, so ya, it's has spyware installed with it. Thing is the way they've harness this software is you pretty much need it if you want the full range of your hardware capabilities, though I'm pretty sure if you don't care about core temp monitoring and control, AURA lighting configuration etc. you could uninstall it, however, I recommend researching more inadept, trust in your own judgement, myself I don't care anymore, I just no longer use my PC's for any finance or purchases at this point, But If I have to I'll install a browser in separate memory space or use my cell. You can't trust any software engineers that work for a corporation at this point. They're all sucking up your data AKA privacy! Thing is it's running neck an neck with legit software, so you remove one the one you need goes right with it. GOOD LUCK

File is part of the pre-installed components that provide Asus's way to give faster access to functions that gamers need using their gaming PC/Laptop/Handheld devices. Overclocking, visual customization, game controller customization, unified multi game store game list, hardware controlled lights, etc. You can probably uninstall it, but as any framework you'll be finding out that your experience may change from expected or not. You paid for it anyway and it's support tool, colourful and complex to fit every scenario. If you want the best experience your handheld / PC has to offer then keep it updated. I only have close to 40 years of experience from computers so, I don't wear my tinfoil hat as tightly as I used to. Privacy is MacGuffin of everyone's story and it sells well.
