It caused some serious issue with uninstalling a driver. This driver was installed by Windows. Yeah!! Because they just couldn't help but to install my GPU driver? Pretty sure someone used task scheduler as well. The driver wouldn't uninstall without disabling the service and then would continued to reinstall the driver until this .exe file was deleted manually. Someone is going to say.
