if u have this leftover from avast it is not harmful but avast leaves registry corrupted after uninstalling. So if this is stuck in your task manager and you dont know how to get rid of it i suggest u download cc cleaner and run registry scan and it will remove it.

Not a virus in the accepted sense - just the biggest possible screw-up of a system available to any pc user. Virtually impossible to eradicate. If in doubt look for how many people are searching the internet for ways to get rid of it. Re-installing your os does shift it. None of the methods proposed below on this site work.
   
i cant terminate from startup process nor kill process, it gets installed automatically.
