This could be to do with video game installations, especially Fitgirl repacks.

It is just a process used while unpacking compressed files. It uses a lot of processing and RAM power for the unpacking. It then executes itself after the unpack. It usually comes with FitGirl repacks (it's a pirate game distributer)

Safe to delete it. It does indeed come with FitGirl video game repacks. Uploaded to virus scan 86% clean. just delete it if it's still there after game installation as it's no longer needed.

Mr Jordan is right. It is used in the installation process of Repacks. Uses high amounts of memory if allowed. Limit its memory usage to 2Gb and it should work very well (but slowly). No problems at all if you have plenty of RAM to spare (32Gb or more for example).

Unpacker. Will use all available CPU and memory while in operation but should disappear after it has finished processing files. It should never appear in StartUp. If it is starting with Windows, that is likely not a legitimate unpacker.
