Toen ik digipass 870 wou installeren kreeg ik de melding van een systeemfout. Die staat nu midden in mijn scherm en ik krijg die niet meer weg. Kunt U mij helpen om het probleem op te lossen? Luc Vanuxem
Na jarenlang gebruik van de Belfius kaartlezer met USB-kabel, werd me onlangs door Belfius opgedragen om de DIGIPASS Native Bridge software te installeren. Vreemd aangezien die reeds geinstalleerd en gebruikt werd. Bij doorgaan werd DIGIPASS Native Bridge 2.8.2 gedownload, maar bij het openen van die file geeft Windows 10 een waarschuwing dat dit geen "Microsoft-verified app" is, en gevaarlijk kan zijn voor de PC. Navraag bij Belfius zelf heeft na 3 dagen nog geen reactie opgeleverd... Dirk (further information)
