Using Adobe Liohtroom Classic (it's actually a subscription, so nothing 'classic' about it) 12.3, Win 11 Pro, and this was flagged by File Explorer as the reason I could not delete an MP4 video file within LR or FE! Really annoying. I'm culling and trimming and want to be able to delete an MP4 file! In Task Manager I ended the Dynamiclinkmediaserver.exe task but that only balled up LR and forced me to close and reopen it. I don't have LR 12.3 set to do anything in the Adobe cloud so why is this program even running? It's interfering with my use of LR. I didn't notice this issue with .MOV files. There are other complaints about this in the interwebs...
