Diese Datei kam bei uns mit dem Softwarepaket des Dokumentenscanners Fujitsu FI-7160 mit und ist dort Teil der ISIS-Schnittstelle. Unter Windows 10 Enterprise 64 Bit, Updatestand 1703 und unter Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit SP 1 führt eine Installation dieser ISIS-Schnittstelle zu folgenden Phänomenen: Wenn unter Windows 10 der Administrator angemeldet ist, scheint das ganze System in Abständen von einigen Sekunden zu pulsieren. Im Taskmanager bei der Beobachtung der Prozessoraktivität sieht das dann wie ein Puls beim Menschen aus. Praktisch kann nichts mehr angeklickt werden, denn alle offenen Fenster werden in demselben Sekundentakt aktiv und wieder inaktiv. Gleichzeitig sieht man immer wieder den Mauszeiger sich verändern und den kreisenden Ring. Eine Benutzung des Rechners ist praktisch nicht (mehr) möglich. Eine Beobachtung der Prozesse im Taskmanager führt dann zu dem "Cloud Capture Service", der auch noch einen zweiten Prozess fast gleichen Namens startet. Dieser muss zuerst beendet werden, dann sofort der Vaterprozess, sonst geht die ganze Pulsiererei weiter. Unter Windows 7 Professional 64 Bit SP 1 passiert das Ganze nicht nur, wenn der Admin angemeldet ist, sondern auch, wenn ein ganz normaler User angemeldet ist; allerdings eher im Hintergrund, sodass der Verdacht entsteht, dass auf dem Rechner irgendwelche Schädlinge aktiv wären. Zudem verhindert der Prozess scheinbar die Installation von anderen Programmen. Viren- bzw. PUA-Erkennungsprogramme sprechen auf diesen Prozess nicht an. Die einzige Lösung ist, den Treiber über die Systemsteuerng - Programme und Funktionen bzw. Features zu deinstallieren. Besser noch: Die ISIS-Schnittstelle gar nicht erst installieren, wenn sie nicht audrücklich durch ein anderes Programm vorausgesetzt wird.

There is an issue with mine, where it freezes the computer every 5 seconds, only for about a second, but it will deselect anything i have selected, and when typing it will not register anything during that freeze, its incredibly annoying, I see nothing about it online, and yet whenever i end the process my computer goes back to normal. I will be removing it completely from my computer, if any issues arrive from the uninstall I will leave further comments.

Total garbage. I am in IT and I have a customer system that keeps losing focus. Task Manager led me down the path to this file. I .old the folder, reboot and the problem is gone. Total junk
