occasionally it becomes a cpu hog. Just took task manager and killed the process as it had 37% of the CPU.

On my Win10 the exe file is not signed, and has no file-properties indicating it's from MS or part of the OS or Office or what.. very sus. And seems a bit of a perf hog. Have no idea what it is doing.
