I saw it in task manager and it said running at 1% cpu and then I closed it and my pc ran faster (i guess that it took more than 1%?)

The service is not needed by the computer in any way I see. Closing it actually reduced my CPU usage from about 18% to 8%, so all happy here.

Today have got UDS:Trojan.Win32.Agentb.a in it, how could it be possible?

This program crashed during Graphics installation. Black screen and nothing. Had to do a hard reset with the button. The program that was supposed to fix problems itself led to a fatal system failure. Ironic.
