As others have pointed out, this executable belongs to Mystic Light. Disabling it put the LEDs on my motherboard to a default rainbow cycle instead of the fixed colour I assigned it.

This is part of the MSI Mystic Light interface for RBGs adjustment. In my case I use it to change RBG colors on RAM. I have certain colors for different amount of temperatures tracked in Fahrenheit. I use it to track high usage of CPU i.e it turns red when temperature is higher than normal. I disabled it through Task Manager because it has utilized a lot of my CPU in these recent days... Only affected RBGs. I am no longer tracking colors. Chri
