As others have pointed out, this executable belongs to Mystic Light. Disabling it put the LEDs on my motherboard to a default rainbow cycle instead of the fixed colour I assigned it.

It is part of the ARGB mystic light software and is used with the microphone for lighting effects based on background music etc. disabling it will only affect that part of the ARGB control option.

This is part of the MSI Mystic Light interface for RBGs adjustment. In my case I use it to change RBG colors on RAM. I have certain colors for different amount of temperatures tracked in Fahrenheit. I use it to track high usage of CPU i.e it turns red when temperature is higher than normal. I disabled it through Task Manager because it has utilized a lot of my CPU in these recent days... Only affected RBGs. I am no longer tracking colors.
