file location so it can be be disabled from dedicated GPU(nVidia, etc..) : "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.LockApp_cw5n1h2txyewy" it uses a lot of GPU that people get frustrated , it took me a while to figure out its location and how to let it work on the integrated GPU. For Nvidia you should run "nvidia control panel" you can find it by right clicking in any empty space on your desktop then click on "nvidia control panel" then click on the tap "Manage 3D Settings" then click on "Program Settings" tap. The "lockapp.exe" is not listed in these programs shown to you, so you have to press on "add" to add it. you press on add then click on "Browse" and copy the file location and paste it in it "C:\Windows\SystemApps\Microsoft.LockApp_cw5n1h2txyewy" it should show you the lock app program and some files next to it , you click on the app so it's added to your GPU programs. once its added you select "prefered graphics processor for the program" and click on integrated , then finally click on apply. now you might have to restart your PC to take effect. AND if the -solution- doesn't work after you restart your PC, you have to let "nvidia control panel" decide by itself, you do that by going back to "Manage 3D Settings" then click on "Global Settings" and click on "Auto-Select" if you restart and want to make sure that "lockapp.exe" is not using your dedicated GPU any more you!!! test it by pressing on "Windows-key + L" ,the job of LockApp.exe is logout your PC and secure it till you get back, after it logs you out and you relog in you should see that the lockapp.exe is running on your "Task Manger" on the tap "Details" you should find it called "LockApp.exe". it I hope it helped yea.

LockApp is the windows screen locking program that lock the scrren with a password prompt if you have it set to lock after a time when sitting idle if you dont want it active dont set screen lock timeouts

@Thomas I suspended my LockApp.exe and still able to use fingerprint log in as will as pin.. I say seems dangerous for the fact that other dangerous files may hide with same name when IMO a not ness file.
