I removed it and Adobe works just fine. Not Needed! I have not demonstrated that Log... is what was slowing OpenOffice or Firefox, and I am not having any trouble now.
If you update adobe apps like Premiere Pro CC it must be closed or you must stop this process so the update will not work.
Its an Adobe Program designed to send log information back to Adobe. I see it running now and trying to send info while I install a trial InDesign from the Cloud software. If vipre doesn't trust it then I suppose I'll keep it blocked for now. modifyman

Well, if you use Photoshop to create, there is no setting to disable this.. And it IS used to "collect" data meaning this is their method of collecting your intellectual property for their financial gain, if you create alot like me - your products should absolutely be given out free, since they're making a fortune from our hard work and effort. Sends your PC info/project info to Adobe for their use. Up to you if that's creepy or not. Deleting the exe has no effect on the programs except making them run faster. CD
