I installed the PlutoTVSetup.exe (Product version 0.4.2) for Windows 8.1 PC and at first Pluto did not work at all! After retarting, my pc hanged at bootup for several minutes, then Pluto TV was still not working properly. I uninstalled it using Revo-uninstaller. Do a drive image backup before trying this program!
