For the continuum managed service platform this is part of a group of programs that supports servers and desktops and provides monitoring of services, temp file clean up, automated patch installation and so on. The product will cleanly un-install from add-remove programs. This is typically found on a corporate computer where and outside vendor is assisting with managed services. This is no longer part of the trouble Zenith infotech group as it was sold off to an investor group in 2012

Marty Troup's comment is correct. SAAZOD, and presumably SAAZServerPlus, is at the core of the Continuum RMM Agent, used for remote access by IT Personnel to corporate computers.
