For the continuum managed service platform this is part of a group of programs that supports servers and desktops and provides monitoring of services, temp file clean up, automated patch installation and so on. The product will cleanly un-install from add-remove programs. This is typically found on a corporate computer where and outside vendor is assisting with managed services.
