It is part of Scanvec Amiable's Flexi Family, which is design & production software for the sign industry. You may also see: SAiDownloader, SAiDownloaderVista, & SAiLicSvr, running in your services. There is no description for them, which makes them look suspicious, but it only means you have, or had sign design software installed on your computer.
