The file C:\Windows\SystemApps\MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_cw5n1h2txyewy\TextInputHost.exe is apparently related to Windows 10's emoji picker tool (invoked by simultaneously pressing the Windows key and full stop/period key). Blocking the file with a firewall causes the GIF image selector in the tool to indicate that it's offline and therefore can't fetch any images.

Uninstall is greyed out! It is blocked but my av keeps warning whenever it tries to start. There is a local experience pack but nothing as listed above (Win10).

As of 4-24-24, this file cannot be altered IN ANY WAY and it's constant activity leaves a handful of non-deletable files in your local temp folder. It is VERY probable that this file is an active spying and reporting keylogger on Windows 11.

This is dangerous bloatware that makes external connections while taking up system resources for useless things like being able to send emojis or GIFs. If it was possible to disable in settings it would be alright., but at this point it should be considered as PUP or malware, and acting just like it.
