Toshiba Bluetooth Manager. Startup task installed by the drivers for Toshiba Bluetooth USB dongles and also found on laptops where the integrated Bluetooth is made by Toshiba. This task has the dual role of spawning various background tasks which, together, form part of the Bluetooth drivers, and of displaying as the classic Bluetooth icon in the System Tray which gives you access to the configuration screen of your Bluetooth adapter. Also the bluetooth is connected to various other processes and is always turning itself on and off causing the system sound to go berserk especially when you require sound for music or video. Also affects wifi. Better to disable toshiba bluetooth altogether and use a direct cable connection from cell phones etc which is faster, secure and reliable Bill Bruford
