It came with the latest software for the Celectron USB Microscope. As per description above, mine is 262,144 & there is an icon in the task bar next to the clock, and if I right-click and select "Exit" the process tsnp2std.exe closes and is gone. It IS important for the operation of my "webcam" (actually microscope) so I certainly wouldn't delete it or consider it even 1% dangerous!

This file will be found in your system startup list. This software is considered safe, and is not virus or spyware related software.
